Variety of barriers can exist in the workplace. If not handle well, these barries can decrease productivity. One of the obstacles that is commonly happened in a workplace is having not enough knowledge and experience to do a task.
Through years of experience working with numbers and reports, our Finance Manager Pak Rubben says that nothing is impossible to achieve. It is just a matter of having the will and commitment to improving ourselves continuously to be the best version of ourselves.
Pak Rubben believes that when we give it all what we have got, the process will bring us to the result we wish to have in the near future.
